Crashes on Mac on launch
In Space No-One Can Hear You Jump
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
You're stuck in space and need to get to your spaceship! But that's easier said than done when there's no gravity! Use your mouse to aim your jumps and use energy tethers to dodge asteroids and make it home safely!
Made for the 2018 Game Maker's Toolkit (GMTK) Jam. Theme was "Genre without Mechanic." We went with "Platformer without Gravity." Was mentioned as part of the top 20 games here:
Click, drag, and release to jump!
Click on Tethers to use them!
Pressing R Restarts if you get stuck.
Pressing F4 toggles Fullscreen.
Game crashes if you use tether while the rocket leaves the level.

I want it on my phone!!!!!
This is actually amazing!
Great job, I hope Mark mentions it in his GameJam video
Great fun, really good mechanics.
The firing-to-move feels a bit weird sometimes because the arrow doesn't immediately align with the mouse direction and distance, but it's still really well done.
One of the better games in the jam I think :)
I had a lot of fun playing this!
Hey! Just checking, did you tick the Windows option on the game description? The itch.io app thinks it's not available on WIndows, so doesnt give me a handy play link. Just FYI as it caught me out earlier :)
Very fun game! I liked the mechanics, and enjoyed the curve-balls that the game threw at me in terms of challenges. Very well done!
Popped quite a few astronauts in outer space.. oops.
